Give your Strava runs a plan to come back to
Your activity feed tells you what you ran. A training plan also needs to show what comes next, where the easy days fit and how much of this week is already done.
Put the week in place before you run
Add easy runs, long runs, intervals, races and rest days to the calendar. Enter the distance and pace you intend to run, with notes for the details you would otherwise leave in a separate document.
You can build a week yourself, repeat a useful week or start from a plan template. The plan view reads forward towards race day; the history view keeps the sessions you have completed.
Connect Strava when you are ready
Create your free account, then open Settings → Integrations to connect your Strava account. Running Browser can import your activities into the log so you can review completed running alongside planned sessions.
Review imported details and your notes together. Keep the distinction between a target and what actually happened: a planned pace describes an intention, while the recorded run describes the day.
Read the run in context
A slower run can also be a windy, warm or hilly run. Where the required data is available, Running Browser estimates a pace in ideal conditions using its existing conditions model.
This is a comparison aid. It does not reconstruct every part of a route or tell you precisely how much fitness changed. You can inspect the conditions and the assumptions behind the estimate.
